Strengths:
I have good ideas that I am able to write down properly and convey these ideas through words. My Spelling and Grammar is up to industry standard.

Weaknesses:
I often get writers block. I have been critiqued on creating a good story but not a good piece of writing.

I know when to speak and when to listen. I have confidence when it comes to presentation and speaking in front of people. 

Weaknesses: 

It's not irregular for me to stutter. When I speak in front of a group I sometimes rely on humour as a fail safe, which can be seen as unprofessional.

Strengths:
I'm capable of using most software to a decent ability, I am usually used to fill the gaps in a team plan as a utility player. 

Weaknesses: 

I cannot say that I'm exceptionally good at one specific subject and neither can I say I favour one more than another either.

I always come up with new and fresh ideas.

The ideas tend to be shallow and hard to develop.
